We have been renting and looking after comfortable holiday homes and flats on the Belgian coast for years. We offer you the fine base you are looking for for your stay here, so all you have to do is enjoy your own peace and quiet! So enjoy all the beauty that the coast and the beautiful surroundings have to offer without a care in the world.

The properties we offer are owned by private individuals. They want to share their cosy retreat with others and offer their homes for rent to Belcoast Holidays. We then take care of the reservations and communications, among other things. We also clean the holiday homes. Rentals are usually made in combinations of midweek, weekend and week.

Our holiday houses and flats are divided into two domains: Zeegalm in Middelkerke is a cosy family domain located in the Warande dunes at 200m walking distance from the beach. The fishermen's cottages and exude authenticity and can accommodate a family of up to 6 people.

West Bay is located in Westende village at a 10-minute walk from the beach of Westende. The holiday park consists of a cosy hotel and cosy holiday flats. During the summer you can seek refreshment in the natural swimming pool.

Changes and cancellations

Changing your booking
After the confirmation invoice has been issued, you can make essential changes (such as dates, type of accommodation, number of persons, extras, etc.) up to 30 days before arrival. If you change to a more expensive period, you pay the surcharge. If you change to a cheaper period or a cheaper type of accommodation, you will still be liable for the full rental amount. A file fee of €30 may be charged per change. If the change is a cancellation, the cancellation conditions apply.

Cancellation by Belcoast Holidays
In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, Belcoast Holidays may be forced to cancel the reservation. Unforeseen circumstances and force majeure include, among other things, that the accommodation is not suitable for rental, for example due to flooding, fire, etc. This also applies if the reservation cannot take place, for example, due to the sudden sale of the accommodation or in case of double booking. In this case, Belcoast Holidays will offer you an equivalent or superior accommodation at the same travel price or we will refund you the full travel amount. Belcoast Holidays cannot be held liable for any services you had booked yourself (e.g. plane tickets, car rental, bus trip, etc.).

Cancellations
The cancellation conditions are strictly enforced. It may happen that you need to cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you must contact Belcoast Holidays in writing or by phone (during office hours).
For cancellations up to 60 days before arrival, the cancellation is free of charge. From day 60 to 30 days before arrival, the guest is liable for 50% of the total travel sum. For cancellations from the 30th day onwards, the customer is liable for 100% of the total travel sum.

Attention: In case of cancellation, the difference between the total travel sum and the amount you owe will only be issued in the form of a credit voucher.

General terms and conditions

Prices
The prices on www.belcoastholidays.be may differ from the actual price at the time of booking, taking into account that a number of elements included in the price are subject to periodic revision, such as (but not limited to) energy costs. At the time of booking, you will be informed of the applicable price at that time. The price on the reservation confirmation is binding. Discounts and/or special offers can no longer be used once the reservation confirmation has been sent by Belcoast Holidays.
Arrival and departure times must be strictly adhered to. If you cannot arrive on time, it is necessary to inform us by phone so that we can take the necessary measures for your arrival.

Discounts
You will always find the best price on www.belcoastholidays.be - discounts are not cumulative with other benefits or promotions; - discounts can never be granted retroactively; - discounts can be revised at any time by Belcoast Holidays.

Liability of the hotel

Belcoast Holidays is committed to putting at the disposal of the client the services mentioned in the reservation confirmation. The descriptions, sizes and colours and the photos and drawings in the price quotations, catalogues and/or website are purely informative. Should Belcoast Holidays be unable to place at the disposal of the client the accommodation described in the booking confirmation, Belcoast Holidays is entitled to place at the disposal of the client another accommodation of the same or a higher category, with Belcoast Holidays bearing the possible additional cost.

Belcoast Holidays is not liable for any eventual accidents occurring on the property of the hotel, including parking. Belcoast Holidays is not liable for loss, theft or damage caused by third parties to the client, except for those items for which an express and written safekeeping agreement has been concluded.
